The recently published book by A.A. Hismatullin, “The works of Imam Ghazali”, represents the second edition of the series “Edifying literature of the Seljuk period in Persian: original and falsified works” and includes almost all well-known small edifying works in Persian either written by imam Ghazali in the end of his life or ascribed to him later.

The book was prepared by the Peterburgskoye Vostokovedeniye publishing house and published with the support of the Asian Museum of the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Sadra publishing house.
