Abstract

The second volume of the “Selected works of Ibn Arabi” includes excerpts from “The Meccan Revelations”, the seminal work of the great scholar, “The Theses” containing the author’s summary of Ibn Arabi’s teaching; “The Questions and Answers” revealing main principles of his teaching; and “The Advice Which Benefits the Seeker" aimed at those who chose the Sufism path.

The research part of the book contains interpretation of the procedural logic and its rules and its comparison to Aristotle’s logic meant for working with substances. The comments demonstrate the importance of the procedural logic for proper understanding of Ibn Arabi’s works.
