The Ibn Sina Foundation and the Sadra publishing house participated in the Moscow International Book Fair for the 12th time.
The event took place on September 24-27 at Expocentre (14, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment). The following academic and educational books published for children and youth by the Ibn Sina Foundation and Sadra publishing house sparked the visitors’ interest: "The History of Islamic Philosophy" by H. Corbin, «The Bulgarian Chronicles, or Approaching ['Ali] Gari" by M.-'A. Chukuri and 'A. Basarawi, "The Persian language textbook" by V.B. Ivanov, "The Persian Literature in 9th-18th centuries" (2 volumes) by M.L.Reisner and A.N.Ardashnikova , as well as the book "Khalwa and Rainbow (based on Saadi’s "Gulistan" and rendered by Farhad Hasan-zade).
The MIBF programme included more than 300 events. Over 200 publishers from different regions of Russia attended the event and presented the long-awaited book novelties of 2021, bestsellers, fiction, non-fiction, children's and educational literature, comic books and museum editions.
