On the 21st of November with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alikber Kalabekovich Alikverov became a special guest at the International conference dedicated to the 42nd anniversary of Allameh Tabatabaei’s demise. The conference took place since the 15th of October till the 21stof November in three Iranian cities consequently: in Qum, in Tabriz and in Tehran at Al-Zahra University where the President of Iran Ibrahim Raisi pronounced a final speech.

During his visit to Iran A.K. Alikberov visited Iranian Institute of Philosophy, where he met with Institute’s managers and stuff as well as with the deputy minister of culture of Iraq. These meetings were arranged on the 22nd of November. 

On the same day the director of the Institute of Oriental Studies got acquainted with a big and unique collection of manuscripts at Ayatollah Marashi Najafi Library in Qum where he met the leaders and the representatives of this organization.
