Several dimensions of cooperation were elaborated as a part of the agreement, namely: participation in preparing and publishing the scientific-theoretical magazine “Islamic studies”, some works on Qur’anic studies and research works devoted to the history of Muslims of Dagestan and Russia.
It should be noted that the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Dagestan State University already worked together in 2011, when they published “The Catalogue of Arab manuscripts and early printed books: the collection of Diya’ad-din Yusuf-hajji al-Qurihi” by A.R. Shihsaidov with the support of the Institute of history, archaeology and ethnography of the Dagestan Scientific Centre under the Russian Academy of Sciences.
This agreement will break new ground for the developing cooperation between the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Dagestan State University.
