The collections of articles entitled “Topical issues of family education” and “Islam and Modernity” continue the recently launched book series, “Religion in the modern world”.

Every collection of the series, including the very first one (“Feminology issues”), was edited by a contemporary Russian scholar, an expert in the matter, and was devoted to a distinct topic analysed from Islamic point of view.

Thus, the book entitled “Topical issues of family education” was published under the editorship of the academic vice-president of the Moscow Islamic University R.R. Izmaylov, and “Islam and Modernity” was edited by Doctor of Philosophy, leading research worker of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences E.A. Frolova.

The collections of articles are beautifully illustrated and well formatted, and will be of a great interest to a wide range of readers.
